01 — Overcome the binge/restrict cycle.

I thought my relationship with food was so broken that I wasn’t physically capable of having normal hunger and satiety cues. I believed I’d never feel sane around food, even if I managed to somehow control my weight. But none of that was true. It is possible to heal your relationship with food (even after years of failed attempts).

02 — Find body neutrality.

I bought into the cultural ideal of thinness for most of my life and didn’t even want to accept my body because I believed it was inherently unacceptable. This belief system can be uprooted and turned into something that feels more neutral and hopeful. You don’t have to love (or even like) your make peace with where you are.

03 — Address your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system.

You know that saying: thoughts become feelings, feelings create behaviors, behaviors create your life? I have learned from a variety of experts to reframe my thinking patterns so they support my life instead of sabotage it. I’ll teach you how to expose your inner dialogue and create a new narrative that supports your well-being. I also show you how to use somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system, which has a lot to do with our emotional responses.

04 — Rebuild.

Without the distraction of food and body, life opens up to you. Creativity, passion, and purpose is a part of healing. Discover your authentic self and discovery an identity outside of food and body image.
