The Daily Anchor:
One Month of Support for June 2025
Steady reminders, small nudges, and someone in your corner. This WhatsApp-based support offers daily tools and personal connection for people navigating binge eating recovery — one voice note at a time.
What’s It About?
When I was in the thick of binge recovery, I remember wishing I had a steady, supportive voice to anchor into — something to remind me, in real time, that I wasn’t doing this alone.
I’d scroll Instagram or listen to audiobooks just to stay focused in what I was trying to do. But it felt distant.
I created this WhatsApp support to be the thing I needed back then.
It’s a more personal version of the work you might already know me for — but closer. My voice notes are real-time, conversational, often anecdotal, and sent the same way I communicate with my 1:1 clients. No scripts. Just support and guidance from someone who gets it.
Every weekday in June, you’ll receive a short voice memo from me through WhatsApp — 5 to 10 minutes long — with something to carry into your day: a reframe, a somatic tool, a mindset shift, or just the reminder you need to stay with yourself instead of spiraling.
Some days you’ll also get:
A simple worksheet or journaling prompt
A graphic or infographic to make a concept stick
A meditation or somatic exercise
Foundational concepts & back to basics reinforcements
This isn’t a group, and it’s not a course. You don’t need to respond, perform, or even finish everything.
It’s a thread designed to anchor you without overwhelming you — the kind of support that helps you stay connected to the work, especially on the days you’d otherwise drift.
Who This Is For:
This support is for you if:
You’ve been dabbling in binge recovery content alone and need something more consistent
You want cognitive AND somatic tools (not just one or the other)
You benefit from having someone in your ear each day — a calm, steady presence
You’re not ready or able to invest in 1:1 coaching, but want an upgrade from free public content
You appreciate nuance, nervous system work, and realism (not toxic positivity)
You feel overwhelmed by the noise of social media and just want something direct, personal, and private
A Note About WhatsApp
Never used WhatsApp before? It’s a simple, free app for sending messages — kind of like texting, but better. I use WhatsApp to send out daily voice notes, images and PDFs, and the occasional written message. That’s it.
This is receive-only — you won’t be expected to reply, and there’s no group chat. It’s just me in your inbox, in a message thread you can return to again and again.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
No problem. Messages will be stored in your WhatsApp thread. You can listen later, replay them, or skip days entirely if needed.
-
Yes! The messages can be sent anywhere in the world and will still arrive on a daily basis, just at different times of the day depending on where you are.
-
I voice message in a very similar way here as I do to my 1:1 WhatsApp clients! So my energy is the same but this is receive-only support. While I won’t be responding to individual messages, everything I send is designed to feel close, relevant, and tailored to what people in binge recovery actually deal with. (1:1 support is interactive and highly personalized to each individual; please contact me if you are interested in this level of support.)

Spots will close once we start on June 2nd, so I recommend signing up now!

Because this is a low-cost digital product, refunds aren’t available — please only join if you’re ready to receive support.

Yes — this is specifically designed for people who have done some work already but still need regular touchpoints to stay grounded. It’s not entry-level education, and it’s not a rigid plan. It’s ongoing, nuanced support for the part of recovery that happens after you “know what to do,” but still need help doing it.
