How WhatsApp Daily Text Coaching Works
When to message
- You can send me a message anytime — day or night, weekday or weekend.
- I don’t get alerts for WhatsApp, so you never have to worry about interrupting me.
- I check messages Monday–Friday, usually in the mornings between 7–10 am EST. If you send a message after that time, you’ll usually hear from me the next business day.
- On Thursdays (podcast day) and sometimes other days, I check in later — I’ll give you a heads-up when that’s the case.
- If you don’t hear from me when you thought you would, just nudge me. It’s rare I miss something, but it can happen.
Message format & length
- Text messages can be as long as you need (within reason).
- Voice messages: please keep under 10 minutes of audio per day so I have time to listen and respond. (I’ll respond to you with voice messages — and I tend to talk a lot. I like exploring different angles, offering ways to reframe, and sometimes giving you a somatic practice to try alongside what we’re talking about.)
- If you send more than that, I’ll go in order of what was sent (unless you indicate otherwise).
What this space is for
- Sorting through your thoughts
- Sharing updates
- Asking questions
- Talking through something that’s weighing on you
- Feeling seen and heard in the moment
- It’s not for emergencies or deep trauma processing — if something comes up that needs more real-time attention, I’ll let you know and we can figure out the best way to handle it.
Subscription details
- This is a monthly subscription that renews on the same day you signed up. If I take time off, I’ll adjust your payment so you’re not charged for those days.
- I appreciate two weeks’ notice if you plan to cancel.
Holidays & planned time off
- US holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, Christmas Day.
- I’ll let you know about any other time off as it comes up!
