3-Month Foundation Program

The 3-month exploratory program is ideal for those ready to start a transformative journey in their relationship with food and body image. Over three months, we will work together to identify and shift the deep-seated patterns that contribute to your binge-restrict cycle. You’ll learn coping strategies to manage emotional eating, gain tools for nurturing a positive body image, and set the groundwork for lasting change.

What you'll get:

  • 12X 50-min weekly (1:1) coaching sessions
  • Customized session summaries and journal prompts, homework (as desired) each week
  • Monday—Friday WhatsApp support
