This course navigates the psychology of freedom alongside ideas about nutrition or structure.

Regulation is the physiological practice of holding emotions in the body.

SENSR: Somatic Experiencing & Nervous System Regulation 

SENSR is an 8-week program designed to help you manage anxiety and low moods, connect with your body, release "stuckness" patterns, and have more control over your responses to emotional stress. 

This course goes beyond traditional stress management; it blends Polyvagal Theory (great for my fellow academics and intellectualizers!) with somatic tools so you can cognitively understand your body’s cues and also practice embodiment for a more empowering kind of resilience.

SENSR gets you in touch with your actual body

There is often a disconnect between what the mind understands and what the body has yet to process and release. Through education about somatic experiencing, you'll learn how to process emotions through the nervous system (as opposed to just the logical brain).

By the end of this program, you’ll understand how the mind + body work together so you can approach your emotional experience with more awareness, connection, and know-how.
