WhatsApp Body Image Support – May 2025

From May 5 to May 30, I’m offering a weekday WhatsApp support program (U.S. Memorial Day observed—no message on Monday, May 26).

Each weekday, you’ll receive a personal message from me via WhatsApp—some text, some voice memos, some longer, some shorter.

These daily messages are here to help you feel more neutral in your body as the weather warms up.

Spring often means shedding layers—but for many people, that doesn’t feel freeing. It feels confronting. There’s more to “see,” more pressure to “get it together,” and more noise about what a “summer body” is supposed to look like.
