A deep dive recovery group program
BINGE EATING TO INTUITIVE EATING
For people who want to heal their relationship with food and with themselves.
I built my entire life around trying to control food.
Low-carb, intermittent fasting, Whole30, sugar detoxes, “just eat clean,” “cut out processed foods.” I didn’t call it restriction — I called it wellness.
But no matter how “healthy” it looked on paper, and no matter how honorable my intentions, the result was always the same: I’d end up in a binge.
Then I’d panic, get mad at myself for losing sight of the goal AGAIN, and double down: No sugar. Strict calorie limit. Set up the house to put clean, healthy foods all around so they’re available. REGROUP.
Again, and again.
I wasn’t someone who didn’t care or felt mindless about food. I cared a lot, and had tons of vigilance. I was constantly trying. Food was my mental health strategy and preoccupation.
Until eventually I couldn’t do it anymore.
The part diet culture doesn’t want you to know:
You can’t fix binge eating with more restriction. You can’t shame or control your way out of this.
If you’re stuck in a binge–restrict cycle, you don’t need more discipline. You need to repair your physiology, and then your psychology. This is about your relationship to YOU and what you’ve been taught to believe.
That’s what this program is for.
This is for the person who:
Has returned to low-carb, intermittent fasting, or “wellness plans” that spiral into binges
Thinks constantly about food — what you ate, what you’ll eat, what you “should” eat
Tries to be “good,” then breaks the rules, then compensates by being stricter
Feels like moderation sounds nice in theory, but has never worked in real life
Wants to stop obsessing and finally just eat like a normal person — but has no idea how (or you know a little bit about how, but you need support)
You are not broken. You are not lazy. You are caught in a loop that feeds itself.
The more you restrict, the more urgent and chaotic food becomes. The more you try to “eat mindfully” without addressing the deeper scarcity in your system, the more hopeless you feel when it doesn’t work.
What this program does differently:
This is not about learning to eat less sugar, feel your feelings, or chew more slowly. (I promise never to make you eat a raisin in 20 bites.)
This is about ending the cycle that’s been running your food behaviors in the background for years.
You’ll learn:
Why your binge urges aren’t about willpower — they’re about survival
How restriction (even mental restriction) keeps your brain in panic mode
How to desensitize the “I blew it” spiral before it turns into a binge
How to eat enough on purpose — without negotiating, compensating, or micromanaging
How to move toward food freedom in real, embodied ways (not just mindset shifts)
How to use somatic tools to help regulate your nervous system alongside of regulating your physiology (they work hand in hand!)
This is a recovery framework — not a wellness plan.
We’re not playing in the middle here. We’re doing the work to get out of the extremes, which sometimes means swinging the pendulum on purpose — to restore your body’s trust, your brain’s safety, and your own sanity.
Structure:
12 weeks of recovery content
Weekly group coaching calls
Optional private WhatsApp 1:1 support (limited spots for this option — best deal I’ve ever offered for this program!)
Tools for nervous system regulation, mindset ah-ha’s, emotional complexity
And most importantly: the structure and containment that chronic restrictors need to stop swinging between chaos and control
The result:
You stop waking up thinking about food.
You stop panicking when you’re full or hungry.
You stop feeling like you need to “clean up your eating” every time body image threatens your sanity.
You stop turning to another extreme plan to fix what only you can solve.
You get your brain back.
You eat meals without overthinking them.
You stop food noise.
You feel present, safe, and stable around food without trying so hard.
And you finally start questioning the culture that put these ideas in your head so you can critically think about what makes sense for YOU.
This course offers you foundational tools to change the way you relate to food and the rules you put on yourself.
This is the work.
“At the heart of authentic recovery is regulation — at the physiological, cognitive, and emotional levels.”
At almost 40 years old, I realized that I was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That’s the literal definition of “insanity.” This course outlines the path I took to do change the game.
This is some of the gelato I was recently able to enjoy, guilt-free and spiral-free, on a trip to Italy this summer. I never thought “grabbing some gelato” would be possible for me without compensating or escaping into a binge. The way food feels for me now is exactly why my recovery process was 100% worth it.
This program is rooted in the principles of Intuitive Eating — not as a strategy you have to follow, but as a long-term goal we move toward. I use the IE framework as a reference point, but what I teach goes deeper: this is my personal interpretation, infused with the psychological and nervous system nuance I’m known for. It’s not a typical IE course — it’s a more layered, nervous system-informed path that helps you actually get to intuitive eating, not just theorize about it.

I am currently on holiday in Fuerteventura and just wanted to update you as to my progress:
Binge eating:
I am not binging on foods I have previously restricted: chips, bread, ice cream, pizza, burgers but I have eaten most of the above by choice at some point but without binging, even able to stop when full of these goods or make other choices based on what I actually feel that I want
I am not having starter, main and desserts just because I can
I leave food on my plate when I am full
I do not allow myself to become hungry. I fetch myself a snack when needed and again NOT binging on anything and stopping when full
I am not binging on all inclusive alcohol. I am choosing water and finishing drinking alcohol when I feel don't fancy any more.
I am genuinely opting for water, fruit and salads by choice
THANK YOU.
-J.L.
“If I could give Stefanie 10 stars, I would! She's compassionate, intelligent and has a real talent for taking abstract concepts, thoughts, and feelings and putting them into words. Her guidance has been invaluable to me. Prior to finding Stefanie, I had been incorporating the principles of Intuitive Eating for many months on my own without the help of a coach. Through one-on-one coaching and later group coaching, I can say I've completely turned my life around. Healing and progress came much faster with expert guidance. After years of struggling with diets, being all-consumed by thoughts of food, and hating my body, I am now living a life totally at peace with food. This has given me the brain space to take on more creative and energy-giving pursuits.”
“Working with Stefanie has increased my ability to cope with emotional eating, overeating, the urge to restrict, dealing with my emotions and let myself experience them, not living with guilt and shame, being more confident and using my voice, listening to my body, feeling my hunger cues, being able to enjoy food without constant thoughts about calories, accepting my body, and being more present. I highly recommend!”
-Lauren P.
“From the very first conversation that we had, you made me feel comfortable and safe to talk about my most shameful experiences and habits. I couldn't believe that life without binge-eating was possible. I just wanted to find help and recover. Thank you so much for all of your guidance! I’m so grateful.”
-Caroline D.
“Stefanie has changed my life. I have never heard anyone talk about binge recovery the way she does. She is able to put things into words in a way that makes you feel so understood and comfortable, never ever judged. And the way she presented material made light-bulbs go off for me all the time. I highly recommend working with Stefanie, no doubts or hesitations.” -Ryann B.
“Stefanie is a magic-maker. Working with someone who has been through it and “gets it” was so important. I always felt heard, understood, and challenged in all the right ways. Anyone who works with you is in the best of hands. I would recommend you a thousand times over, 10 out of 10.”
-Ally P.
“If you want to be at ease around food, learn to stop restricting, stop dieting, stop making "lifestyle changes" in secret hopes of weight loss, attend social events with little stress around food, and stop adding up your calories in your head all day, then work with Stefanie.
I'm a skeptical person. I didn't believe her multiple times when she would tell me things. And every time she was right. She knows what she's talking about because she has personally been there. She brings a professional and supportive voice to combat your inner critic. I am no longer someone whose main hobby is dieting. My daughter will not grow up watching her mom weigh herself everyday, portion out food, or speak badly about her body. Working with Stefanie has given me my life back.”

“I don't know if you remember me, but I took your course last year around this time. Today I saw on my calendar where I wrote: I said this one year ago: I'm going to be better in a year.
It brought tears to my eyes. This time last year I was a mess. I felt like I was never going to get better with binge eating. I had registered for your course, but I had my doubts...I'm 70 years old and had binged since I was 19-20. That's a long time to feel so broken. I don't feel that way anymore.
Now, one year later, I can honestly say I AM BETTER!!! I am so happy to be able to say that. It's because of you, your course and your emails and instagram posts. Thank you so much for creating this course and for being so passionate about helping all of us who struggle with binge eating.” - SW
FAQ:
Q: I'm interested but also nervous. How do I know if this is the right choice for me?
A: Heck, it's completely understandable to feel nervous. I haven’t met a client who wasn’t! This program is made for people who feel FED UP with the binge cycle runaround, who are committed to being done with it. That feeling usually reaches a point of overriding the nerves. Remember that this course is not demanding anything of you. You can use the support to jump "all-in" to Intuitive Eating, or you can use it to explore, learn, and integrate information at a slower pace. Go at the pace that’s right for you!
Q: Will I be binge-free in 12 weeks?
A: You may or may not be binge free in 12 weeks. The average length of time that I work with clients is 6-12 months, but recovery time varies. No one can promise you recovery -- but this course offers you core concepts that are fundamental to that process.
Q: I’m trying to decide between just the group (the less expensive option) and the more expensive WhatsApp option. What do you recommend?
A: Finances matter and if doing this course is accessible to you from the lower-cost tier, it’s still a game-changing option! You will still receive a vey comprehensive program with group calls to ask questions and get feedback. The WhatsApp option, on the other hand, is perfect for people who really benefit from hand-holding and containment. Who need a consistent voice of reassurance and stability and compassion, a reworking of their internal voice.
Q: Will I get the modules all at once?
A: The first module will be available to you one week before our first live call. The remaining 11 modules become available week-by-week so you have time to absorb information at a pace that doesn't feel overwhelming. Each week includes a group meeting to discuss concepts that come up for you in each section of content.
Q: My work schedule is all over the place! I don't think I'll have time to attend the weekly calls. Do I have to attend to participate?
A: All calls are recorded and emailed to you so you can watch at your convenience! You are not obligated to attend any calls, but may want to watch the replays to learn from other people's questions.
Q: How much time will I need to dedicate to this course each week?
A: Each module takes between 1-2 hours per week to listen through and work on handouts/journaling as applicable. The live weekly Zoom calls are up to 90 minutes.
Q: Can I join from anywhere?
A: Yes, you can join from anywhere! The weekly coaching calls are on Mondays at 2pm EST so you’ll want to figure out the time difference to attend calls. If the time doesn’t work for you, you can still submit questions for me to address on calls and play back the recordings.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: If you are a student or have financial limitations, please contact me.
I know where you are — I’ve been there too.
