Food freedom can involve a period of weight gain for some people. How do you feel about putting weight loss on the back burner while you heal your relationship with food?

Do you have an active, clinically diagnosed eating disorder? Please note I do not work with people who are dealing with active anorexia or bulimia without the additional support of a licensed therapist.

What is your time zone (for setting up calls)?

I believe in full-disclosure pricing - I won't make you sit on a call before telling you the costs. 1:1 programs start at $1600 USD (6-week) up to $5600 USD (6-month). WhatsApp-only programs (daily text/voice exchanges) are $600/month.

Please note that there are no refunds offered for programs once initiated. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, a partial refund may be offered based on sessions remaining at the Coach's discretion.
