A short description of what they will get out of this.Â

Why I'm Offering This Workshop
Because my entire life used to be about trying to tame my wild, uncontrollable appetite.Â
Â
Low-carb, intermittent fasting, Whole30, sugar detoxes, “just eat clean,” “cut out processed foods.” I didn’t call it restriction — I called it wellness. Or at least: responsibility.
But no matter how “healthy” it looked on paper, and no matter how honorable my intentions, the result was always the same: I’d end up in a binge.
Then I’d panic, get mad at myself for losing sight of the goal AGAIN, and double down: No sugar. Strict calorie limit. Set up the house to put clean, healthy foods all around so they’re available. REGROUP.
Again, and again.
I wasn’t someone who didn’t care or felt mindless about food. I cared a lot, and had tons of vigilance. I was constantly trying. Food was my mental health strategy and preoccupation.
Until eventually I couldn’t do it anymore.
a focus on physiologY, psychology, & emotional tools
This program is for the person who:
-  Has returned to low-carb, intermittent fasting, or “wellness plans” that spiral into binges
- Thinks constantly about food — what you ate, what you’ll eat, what you “should” eat
- Tries to be “good,” then breaks the rules, then compensates by being stricter
- Feels like moderation sounds nice in theory, but has never worked in real life
Â
In summary, this is for anyone who wants to stop obsessing and finally just eat like a normal person — but has no idea how (or you know a little bit about how, but you need support.)
